You've Gone To The Cross
You've been living your life the best you know how
But there's something missing something you left out.
You never miss church but you still feel lost
Have you forgotten to come to the cross?

You can fall on your knees and talk to God in prayer
But I know that some wonder is waiting there.
When you are in doubt that your soul may be lost
You can be sure if you've gone to the cross
Come to the cross where our Jesus did die.
And look where the tear drops fell as He cried.
Touch the blood that's eternal, it will never be lost.
And there you'll meet Jesus when you come to the cross.

We all have times when the future's not bright
And we say Lord I've done all I can to live right.
Then you think of a time that you turned away
When some one spoke to you and you had nothing to say.
Just going to church and paying your dues
You can do all these things and at the end still lose.
There's more we must do but no money will it cost
When you're covered by blood, you've been to the cross.
