We have all lost loved ones, and can't understand why.
They were all so loved, and tears filled our eyes.
We know they are safe now, in our home on high.
Our faith in our Father, He will tell us why.
We should never question, when God makes His choice.
While down on our knees, we shall hear our Father's voice.
We still wonder why, our loved ones were called home.
But there is only one answer, and only God knows.
There are many questions, but one day we will know.
And through our precious Lord, to heaven we shall go.
Until our time comes, there'll be many things left unknown.
Just trust in our Father, and we'll understand a little farther along.
